개인정보처리방침

두나(이하 “앱”)는 개인 가계부 데이터를 가능한 한 사용자의 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 데이터를 처리하고, 사용자가 어떤 선택을 할 수 있는지 설명합니다.

1. 기기에 저장되는 가계부 데이터

수입, 지출, 예산, 카테고리, 예정 지출, 계좌, 이체 및 앱 설정은 기본적으로 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 백업 파일을 내보내거나 복원하는 경우 해당 파일의 저장 위치와 공유 대상은 사용자가 직접 선택합니다.

2. Firebase Analytics

앱의 안정성과 사용성을 개선하기 위해 Firebase Analytics를 사용합니다. 앱 실행, 화면 및 기능 사용과 같은 상호작용 정보, 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 앱·기기 정보, 대략적인 지역 및 진단 정보가 자동으로 처리될 수 있습니다.

목적: 이용 현황 분석, 기능 개선, 오류 및 품질 추세 파악
광고: 앱은 광고를 표시하지 않으며 Analytics 데이터를 맞춤형 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
식별자: 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않도록 구성합니다. Analytics는 개별 설치를 구분하는 앱 인스턴스 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다.
제공자: Google LLC의 Firebase 및 Google Analytics

3. 사용자가 선택하는 피드백 데이터 전송

사용자가 앱 설정에서 문제 진단 데이터 전송을 직접 선택하고 확인한 경우에만 다음 데이터가 Firebase Storage로 업로드됩니다.

수입, 지출, 예산, 카테고리, 계좌와 이체 등이 포함될 수 있는 현재 가계부 데이터베이스 파일
데이터베이스의 일관된 분석을 위해 함께 생성되는 보조 파일

이 데이터는 사용자가 제보한 문제의 재현과 해결, 앱 품질 개선에만 사용하며 Analytics 이벤트로 전송하지 않습니다. 전송은 선택 사항이며 전송하지 않아도 앱의 핵심 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 보유 및 삭제

기기에 저장된 데이터는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 유지됩니다. Analytics 데이터는 설정된 Google Analytics 보유 기간과 관련 약관에 따라 처리됩니다. 선택적으로 전송된 피드백 데이터는 문제 진단과 해결에 필요한 기간 동안만 보유하고, 목적이 끝나거나 사용자가 삭제를 요청하면 삭제합니다.

5. 공유, 판매 및 추적

앱은 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 간 또는 웹사이트 간 광고 추적을 하지 않으며 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 위 목적을 수행하기 위해 필요한 범위에서 Google의 Firebase 및 Analytics가 데이터 처리자로 관여할 수 있습니다.

6. 보안과 국외 처리

외부 서비스로 전송되는 데이터는 전송 중 암호화됩니다. Firebase와 Google Analytics의 서버는 사용자의 국가 밖에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있으며, 해당 서비스의 보안 및 개인정보 보호 조건이 적용됩니다.

7. 사용자의 선택과 권리

사용자는 피드백 데이터 전송 여부를 직접 선택할 수 있으며, 기기 안의 기록을 수정·삭제하거나 백업으로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람·삭제 또는 Analytics 관련 요청은 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.

피드백 데이터 삭제를 요청할 때에는 앱에 설정한 이름(있는 경우), 전송한 대략적인 날짜와 시간, 삭제할 데이터 범위만 알려 주세요. 계좌번호, 거래 내역 또는 데이터베이스 파일을 이메일에 첨부하지 마세요.

8. 방침 변경

앱 기능이나 법적 요구가 변경되면 이 방침을 수정하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

Doona (the “App”) processes personal finance data on your device whenever possible. This policy explains what data the App processes and the choices available to you.

1. Finance data stored on your device

Income, expenses, budgets, categories, scheduled expenses, accounts, transfers, and app settings are stored on your device by default. When you export or restore a backup, you choose where that file is stored or shared.

2. Firebase Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics to improve stability and usability. It may automatically process app interactions such as launches, screens, and feature usage, together with an app-instance identifier, app and device information, approximate region, and diagnostic information.

Purpose: usage analytics, feature improvement, and quality trend analysis.
Advertising: the App does not show ads and does not use Analytics data for personalized advertising.
Identifiers: the App is configured not to collect IDFA. Analytics may use an app-instance identifier to distinguish individual installations.
Provider: Firebase and Google Analytics by Google LLC.

3. Optional feedback upload

Only when you actively choose and confirm “Send Diagnostic Data” in the App, the following data is uploaded to Firebase Storage:

Your in-app user name, if configured.
Current finance database files, which may contain income, expenses, budgets, categories, accounts, and transfers.
Companion database files required for consistent troubleshooting.

This data is used only to reproduce and resolve the issue you reported and to improve app quality. It is not sent as an Analytics event. The upload is optional and is not required to use the App’s core features.

4. Retention and deletion

On-device data remains until you delete it in the App or remove the App. Analytics data is processed according to the configured Google Analytics retention period and applicable terms. Optional feedback data is retained only as long as needed to diagnose and resolve the issue, and is deleted when no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request.

5. Sharing, sale, and tracking

We do not sell personal data. The App does not perform cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking and does not display advertising. Google’s Firebase and Analytics services may act as processors only as needed for the purposes described above.

6. Security and international processing

Data sent to external services is encrypted in transit. Firebase and Google Analytics may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their security and privacy terms.

7. Your choices and rights

You choose whether to upload feedback data. You can edit or delete on-device records and export your data as a backup. For access, deletion, or Analytics-related requests, contact:

For a feedback-data deletion request, include only the name configured in the App, if any, the approximate date and time of the upload, and the scope of data to delete. Do not attach account numbers, transaction records, or database files.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when app functionality or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
